Hello, 

After a dance career of “working hard”, tightening my diaphragm, my breath, gripping my body, and muscles, I learned through furthering my education, that to maintain overall healthy and fit, is to first observe how one moves, then practice to realize effort towards shaping anatomical and mecanical postural aligment through biomechanical exercises.  This in exchange, through an ongoing weekly practice, can offer sustainable fitness and well being. 

And this is my intention in our work together in personal trainning sessions and group classes.


Through individually planned personal trainning the intention is gaining strength, flexibility and cariovascular endurance. We will practice and focus on movement technique, connecting and organising the body, practicing motor development, body awareness, coordination, stabilisation, proprioception and space awareness. 


In group classes the intention is to connect and organise our body, building strength and flexibility, and tap into our own kinetic intelligence, in a focused and aware kind of way, at times playfully.
